I been taking them for a while now, not sure they do anything. I'm not real fat just that belly fat everyone has, work out and try to eat right, can't really say they do anything, but I guess they don't hurt eather.
I had tried the green coffee extract to lose weight for 2 months and didn't lose a pound. And I was dieting and exercising. So I decided to try this and continued to diet and exercise. I lost 4 lbs in 30 days and another 3 lbs in 21 days. It has not worked for many other reviewers so I suggest that maybe they try the green coffee extract. Not every supplement works for everyone.
